UNSATISFACTORY TRAINING

My name is Amit and i am a student of Frameboxx RDC Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad centre. I enrolled in a diploma program in the year 2008 and it is about July and i have not even complted half of my course on the contary the course which i have done is completely unsatisfactory. The trainers, environment and the staff members are mannerless. For them fetching more students from diffrent institutes is more important than enhancing their own quality of education. I have seen them going after Arena and other brands and trying to fetch their students but it is very clear that they will never be able to give Quality of education what brands like Arena does. Please help me with the matter where i can take tranfer and if my fees can be refunded back. i am ready to pay the amount for the course i did, but please refund my remaining amount. I tried to talk to the centre directors but they are very harsh and try to harrase students instead of resolving their problems..
