Full and final settlement of salary pending

Respected sir,

My name is Gaurav Agrawal and I had joined Franfinn- Vadodara as "customer acquisition Executive" i.e.B.D.E. on 17th june and resigned on 20th july after giving 3 days notice period according to the rules of the company. They paid me the salary of june but still the july salary is not paid and today is 22nd september i.e. more than 2 months. They are just delaying saying you will be paid next month and not giving any particular date or time to settle payment.

Please guide as to how should i proceed to get my due salary.
