Fraudulantoperations of the college

In velammal engg. college --Chennai the following problems/atrocities were noticed.

1.Doctrates with just 4 yrs experience also taken as Professors.i.e B.Tech 2002 batch and Ph. D 2008.

2.Faculty with Ph. D are given cash also along with salary to a tune of 40 to 60k pm which is not accounted for tax calculations.

3.Non teaching are not paid proper salaries.

4.Faculty are not paid AGP and HRA as per norms.

5.Now a medical college also being started and the Trust chairmen himself announced donation of 40lacs per seat in a staff meeting. The MCI approval is yet to come.

6. For engg. courses the capitation fee of 4 to 8lacs is charged. ex. Mech. 8lacs; EC 7lacs --etc.

Pl. look into these problems and proper action may pl. be initiated.
