Efunding the registratioon fee

Hi,

I had contacted genovate for a SAP training

they asked me to register for a course and they would assist me in getting an education loan for the same

they assured me that i need to pay a registration fee of Rs 25000 which is refundable if i do not get a loan

i could not get a loan because the bank was not satisfied with my salary the loan amount was 300000 Rs and the laon application got rejected and now when i approached genovate for refunding of my reg fees they are not refunding it
