Mentally torture

We are the students of GALAXY GLOBAL GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, Dinarpur; Amabala (Haryana). We have a complaint regarding payment of advance Academic Fees. Students who have taken loan from Bank are facing the problem as the result of previous year is not yet declared and bank is not issuing the advance fees. Thus, College Authority is forcing us to pay the fees any how. But now we are not in that condition to pay the fees in cash and Authority of our college is Blackmailing for this and don't give us the Admit Card of this Semester Exam and because of this we are too much frustrated and it affects our studies. Pleas Help us as soon as possible as our exam is going to start from the next week.
