GIFT- GLOBAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY
No Salary Given

I have worked for GIFT as a counsellor. I resigned on July'11.But till today I have not received my salary for the month of July. The centre head of GIFT, Mr. CHANDAN PAROLIA who sits at KOLKATA GIFT centre told me that I will be getting it by 15th of Aug. When I did not receive my salary till then, I called him up to which he replied that he did not send any cheque this time. He will be coming to ghy by SEPTEMBER and hand over my salary cheque. But september month crossed and I was told that he postponed his trip to OCTOBER.I waited till then. October passed no sign of him.By the last week of NOVEMBER he came to ghy. BUT HE DID NOT INFORM ME.I was told about his arrival by the staff of GIFT who now resigned. I visited him. He told to call HIM back after 3 DAYS and he will give the salary on that day. I called him but he told me he will give on 10th DECEMBER (Sat). When I called him up on SATURDAY, He told me not to come to the centre. He will hand over my cheque to the Director of franchisee GIFT centre in Guwahati as he is leaving for KOLKATA. I respected him hence I trusted him. BUT TILL TODAY I did not get the JULY MONTH SALARY and I am pretty sure his INTENTION is NOT to give. Such kind of peOple are experienced in taking the hell out of their employees by making them work & go here & there but at the time of giving their salaries, they will turn their head off. They want only money and nothing else.

Now, The only thing I can say is &&--

Sir, Mubarak ho aapko meri mehnat se kamayi hui salary. Aap hi khayiye aur aapki family ko khilayiye..I HAVE MY OWN SELF-RESPECT AND WILL NEVER GOING TO LOSE IT LIKE YOU GUYS!!!
