Delay and Rude Staff

We (3 friends) bought Sun Vouchers for giving the exam from NIIT Camac Street Kolkata Branch on 23-02, but till date we have not got our vouchers.

We want to take the exam at the earliest.

We had a word with the Center Head, Ms/Mrs Rakhee Sarkar, but she too does not have the complete details.

These guys are not even willing to talk or reply to our emails. We have written them thousand times so as to get the status of our vouchers, but to our shock no one replies.

When we go there personally, they say we are working on it and within a week we will get the vouchers.

The guys and the Center Head at Camac Street Branch do not even have the courtesy to talk with us properly.

This complete thing is disgusting. We are working in a company and in a week we have to go to the center twice, which in fact troubles our jobs.

If nothing can be done... atleast just let us know... we will take the refund.
