Charging too much

My niece saying college is overcharging on education software where the same software was half the price with my son at jntu.

They charge for product GEMS a education software from a software company 1500 per student and in VAAGDEVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING and raja mahendra they provided too less cost to all student.

We parents want to put case on Godavari college of engineering. they make cheat like profit of lakhs and lakhs of rupees from the poor student.

The court case should happen to this college.
