Egarding diploma certificate

Dear sir as my friend's and me have complete diploma in the year 2006 and submitted all the necessary

documents according to collage and technical board instruction and they have collect 25 rs stamp and 3 envelops to post certificate to the concerned address but when we go to collage and ask for the certificate they are telling its not yet come.

But the fact here our juniors have got there certificate . dear sir please take some action on this issue hope

it will realy help lot of my friends who are fro rural side they cant come to collage and ask and go its waste of time for them so please if you guys can help it out for us.

hoping that might you will revert on this complaint or just an idol web site for sake of some nonsense things
