Flouting of Govt Directives

I recently approached headmistress of GFjunior nursery school in Safderjung Enclave, New Delhi as I wanted to admit my 4 yr kid into nursery section. I was nearly shocked to learn when the headmistress handed over me a hand-written syllabus for test that my son would have to pass to get admitted into nursery prep class, and this syllabus included, writing A to Z capital as well as small English letters, counting from 1 to 100, and writing Hindi alphabets from A to Angah. This is a blatant violation of Honorable Court's order and Govt of Delhi's directives and instructions that cleary prohibited taking of tests for kids for admission into nursery classes, moreover the headmistress wanted us to compulsory avail the school transport even if that was unsuitable for my small kids, It was really shocking experience for me, and I fail to understand how we can trust the future of our children into the hands of these people who have scant or no regards for law of the land or even the welfare of children, they don't even hesitate to put your children into a stressful conditions on flimsy grounds in order to justify their arbitratively decided procedure. I really think that people who are really worried about the welfare of their children should stay away from these kinds of business shops, only then we can make them mend their erratic ways..
