Unfair Trade Practice

Gurgaon College of Engineering is indulging in unethical and unfair trade practice by demanding Late Fee Charge in the month of May-June on Advance FEE for the academic year 2012 which is going to start in the month of August. Normally Late FEE charge is chargeable only 15 days after the academic year starts. This malpractice is illegal and in violation to all guidelines, directives and natural law of justice. Education Ministry, AICTE and other regulatory bodies are look like spectators and not taking any steps to stop this LOOT and malpractice by the above said college and other private colleges. This is a clear case of cheating and expoitation of students and parents.

Kindly wake up and take appropriate and effective steps to curb this malpractice by the private institutes in connivance with the regulatory bodies.

I hope this malpractice stopped immediately and Late fee wrongly charged will be refunded to the students/parents.
