Delay in Exam

Dear Sir,

I am ashok Agrawal. My wife Priyanka Agrawal has opted the BCA Course (under distance learing scheme) in Gugu Ghasidas University Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). She taken admission in July but till date (i.e. about 18 months after admission) the exam has not been held. Her native place is Champa Distt. Korba (C.G.).

Kindly take some action against the university so that they should not weste students valuable time & spoil their future. Furthe let me know the complete procedure to comply the further formalities.
