Charge of Misguidance and mental pressure

Respected Sir,

I Habib Ullah S/O Gyas Uddin R/o Shahi Mohalla Arwal Bihar Got Admission in Hans Raj College for MBA course in Apr-09. At the time of admission the owner of that college Mr Hans told me "it is a regular course" and because of his assurance i submitted the fee rs 29, 500/ for first semester on 10-04-09. After my admission he asked me to submit second semester fee and i deposited rs 10, 250/ on 14-05-09 and rs 13, 450/ on 05-06-09.

in mid of june i got information that the course is from sikkim manipal university and it was distance education course.

I decided to leave the college and requested to Mr Has to refund my amount through written application but he refused my request and replied only caution money and computer fee (sum is rs 9000/) can be refunded after one year.

Sir i belong to poor family and my father is a farmer, your support can play an important role for continuation of my studies.

I request here to help me as soon as possible.
