Espected sir dis is to bring to your kind notice dat headmaster of govt high school bapdi bapda, ladwa, kurukshetra has decided to take fees of rupees 100 from children of 6 to 8 class... this is really a joke n a tight slap on d face of education department which says dat education is free upto 8 class... kindly terminate the service of mr JOGINDER KUMAR... headmaster, bapda bapdi for violating RTE...
