Not providing semester marksheet

I have submitted my university marksheets of 1st semester to 5th semester in the college for the correction of surname spelling which was wrong printed in the marksheet, in May. Yet till now, they are not providing me the marksheet and telling that they have submitted the marksheet in the gujarat university for correction and not returned to him. So PLEASE guide me what to do or help me in receiving my own BE (IT) semesters marksheets which is very important for my career life.
