My result shows absent

Dear Sir/Madam,

My sister had appeared in her BA 2nd year exams last year and for the English subject, her result shows as 'absent'. We have several times contacted her college administration but they keep postponing the things. They have always asked us to wait for 1 month till the result gets updated, but this has been going through for last 11 months. They are also asking her to retake the exams. For no fault of hers, it's really injustice for a student to retake the exam next year. Situation is really embarrassing.

Please help us.
