Incomplete of first yea

Sir,

My daughter got admission in the above mentioned college during the month of August. We paid Rs.200, 000.00 at the time of admission. She was suppose to write her first year's examination during the month of September. The college however was always making excuses, one after another. I am not sure, how many of them are valid. The fact however is that till date, March 28, no dates has been fixed. She should have been half way through the second year now, but till date she and together with her batch mates have not completed the first year.

How can a college play with the life and future of the students. After paying the fees we expect resulth. In this case completion of the course (1st year of BDS). So since they have failed on their part to fulfill their obligation, so I feel it it their moral and legal duty to refund the fees so that the student can pursue her studies elsewhere. Since she cannot join the second year's course, she has to start again from the beginning. So infact the payment should also be for the time lost.

Kindly help to get back our hard earn money.
