HCL
Carried Development Center is LOCKED form outside

Sir,

This is to launch a complaint against the HCL people.

I registered for a course in networking with HCL-CDC Jammu Center 2 months back and the concerned authorities directed me to pay the required fee in advance. The authorities also assured me that the said course will be completed within the period of 2 months only.

But there were only 8 classes only and from past one month the so called HCL Carried Development Center is LOCKED form outside.

No one informed of anything since then I am continuously visiting the HCL-CDC and finding the center closed. The status of the phone number they were using to contact me (09650600480) is switch-off.

HCL people wasted my 2 months and betrayed the me & my other friends of there hard earned money.

I want that my fee should be refunded in full.

If my issue is not resolved by HCL people i will launch a case in Consumer Court & Suggest all my acquaintances not to buy HCL products.
