Not Issuing Books even after 4 months of course duyration

I have taken admission in HCL-CDC Center, AshramRoad Branch on 24th April.

1st Installment paid of Rs1- on 24th Itself.

2nd Installment paid of Rs 8000/- on 28th May.

3rd Installment Paid of Rs 5000/- on 30th July

Reg ID:- 662RG

Though I have paid Rs 25000 out of Rs 35000-Course Fees still after this long period i have not received my Books.

I have written down mails to "HCL-We care" in the form of complain and all the time they are giving excuses to be patience.

I am suffering in my study because of this issue.

I have written confirmation of my mails in case of need.

I have also reminded many times for receipts but still not received any of above mentioned items.

Please do the needful at the earliest as i am not able to cope up with the pace of course module without books
