No Certificate problem in HCL CDC

Its not just abt HCL CDC. No training center will provide u certificate under two conditions:

1. if u have not cleared ur exam

2. if u have not paid fee

In any case if the dues are not cleared related to assignments, library or practical or disciplines. Duh! I know affect the receiving of the certificate.
