Res/ Sir.

I completed the course within HCE regular as well as the course fee paid is Rs 58, 000. The course has also successfully tested. So we should have our certificate as soon as possible.

My problem is the following.

1. During the course of a year despite being HCE two years were made.

2. Not yet been given a certificate of the course.

3. Inquire about the past year has been no response.

4. Nagpur branch manager at the center of them off his hand raised to her about it.

5. Certificate no match is due this year as we spend in unemployment.

Drawn to solve the above problems by giving us the earliest certificate to bless us free. We hope you've got a lot of this request. Please do not disappoint us.
