This is a complaint over HCL CDC Coimbatore training course on (HCP-HCL) which I enrolled in AUG 12 th 2011. For the past ten days I attended the class from 5 p.mto 7 p.m. Now suddenly I am informed to attend the batch class from 6p.m to 8 p.m but my batch time is from 5 p.m to 7 p.m. attended the class from 5 p.mto 7 p.m. The change in batch time was not informed to me prior. Management is not proper and I am badly disappointed with it. I paid the full payment on 29 th august (Rs.36000/Thirty six thousand). During the payment of my fees I was informed that 5 p.m batch is available and you can enroll yourself in that batch. So I paid the full payment. But now they tell that the 5 p. m batch not available. Because of not giving any proper information and for the bad response given I would like to discontinue the course from your institute.im waiting for the refund for last five months till i did not get the money.

I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I kindly request you to refund my payment as soon as possible.
