HCE Certificate

Dear Sir/Madam,

I completed HCE course in April Batch KKHCE-14. Still after many enquires personally during my stay in Kolkata after completion of the course and through phones from home for the HCE Certificate which I'm still yet to recieve. I even emailed to sir Saikat and sir Suradip Ghosh but there is no response for their side.

The latest update I got from a friend is that, the institution has to write an application for the issue of certificate to Noida which I believe is already in the process.

Therefore, requesting this matter be taken with serious and necessary action.
