CERTIFICATE NOT GIVEN BY HCL CDC MAYUR VIHAR

I am Shubham sharma I had completed my CCNA and MCSE training from HCL CDC MAYUR VIHAR .31/01 to 31/6, but I didn't get the course certificate. Even after 7 months they are delaying to give me the certificate this state is not only for me but also for two of others who had studied with me. Everytime when I call to them they promise me that we will take immediate action. Seven months have passed till... then... I am getting the same reply from them... Mr GAUTAM GHOSH the Centeral Manager told me that there is some problem in my Fee which i alredy paid at one time 21600 at the time of admission. My receipt no is 131871. Mr Aashish offer me the discount of 10 % after that my fee is 21600... I dont know why these person is not able to solve the problem... When Ever i called the Mr Aashish they told me d same reason that it will take few more days... plz help me
