Status of Complaint

Dear Sir,

This is Shubhendra from Krishna Girls Engineering college, Mandhana, Kanpur (U.P). Our institute purchased 120 desktop from your company in May- June.

I logged complaint for three systems on 05/11/09. Two were have motherboard problem and one was have problem of SMPS. Your engineer came and carried out two motheboard and one SMPS on 11/11/09.

Now today is 30/12/09 and there is not exact answer from our side that how long it will take. I communicate with your customer care at 18601800425 on 16/12/09 and 29/12/09 but they are not able to give that date on which my systems will be ready for my use.

Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
