Useless pay out for the staff!

I had applied for a revaluation of my paper in december last year ..i got the conformation on the website hat my marks have changed to 39.

but these people have not yet sed me conformation ..nether to me nor my college..its really frustratin as i will leave the city as i have been placed and i do nt want my parents or other friends to fall in to this never ending cycle of the university..

i really do not understand why are these university emploees been paid..an if in case there's no problem with the employee end then where is the problem really?
