Didn't get result and datesheet

I am the student of M.A. (Pub. Admn) IIIrd Sem, till date i didn't get my result for I & II sem as well datesheet for 3rd Sem, While calling to their Noida office they are asking for send written application to Shimla. After sending the mail and letters (by post) I am trying their no of Shimla office but nobody is responding on those nos.
