My father was called at your office to collect courier rather than you poeple deliver the courier and that too with the delay of 4 days

Courier dated 23rd december consg no. E59205400 sent from salt lake kolkata to yamuna nagar, haryana was supposed to reach on Saturday i.e.25th dec which reached today i.e. 29th december.inspite of lot of phone calls, My father in his old age was harrassed and finally he had to collect the courier from your office at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

my question is ARE YOU POEPLE HANDICAPPED .YOU PEOPLE CHARGED RS.86 TO LET US BEAR TROUBLES AND TO BECOME SELF COURIER MEN OF FIRST FLIGHT? JUST A NON SENSE.
