IASE Deemed University
No Convocation certificate

Dear Sir, I have completed B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IASE deemed univeristy (Enrollment number IASEDU/DE/05/01/53480) on 2007 and received only provisional certificate till now. Applications have been submitted twice for the Convocation original certificate but no response even after 4 years. Can you please advise how to proceed further.
