Fees nor refunded

Hi,

I have taken admission in IBS Hyderabad for MBA 2-YEAR program in 2010. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I have to withdraw my candidature from the institute. I have been continuously writing to institute and UGC for fee refund for 2 years, but to no avail.

I request to concerned authorities by means of this platform to kindly do the needful.
