NOT RECEIVED MY DEGREE & PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE

Sir,

My name is Jyotsana & resident of Y-665, D.D. Colony Camp No-01, Nangloi Delhi-110041. I had got admission in M.Com, year 2006 in INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR DISTANCE EDUCATION AND OPEN LEARNING (ICDEOL) University. My Roll No is- A-31085.

I have passed all the exams in June and we have received all mark sheets, which have mentioned that I have passed all papers, but I have not received my Degree & Provisional Certificate. I have been suffering for last 1 year but there is no reply from University members .when I dial these numbers-0177-2831742, 2830635, 2830709 nobody pick the phone. If anyone pick the phone he is says call after 1 hour or give many excuses.

I sent all queries documents for receive the Degree & Provisional Certificate Date:-18.04.2011 through speed Post No-ED258713558IN.but I have not received the Degree & Provisional Certificate.

Please look into the matter personally & solve my problem immediately.
