Unfair exams

I had registered for my CPA course with the above university hoping that i could get a better career oppurtunity elsewhere. but so far, whenever i have appeared for my exams, i have been failed in one subject or the other by one or two marks. there is no transparency in conducting these exams. there has been nocommunication from the officepeople regarding the change in the web address. even when visited their office has also been shifted. have they taken people forgranted?
