Dispatch of Courseware / Wrong information displayed on Website

Hi,

I would like to know that the Toll Free Numbers which ICFAI have dispalyed on their Website for any student to contact does not get picked up. Everytime one calls up on those numbers, there is no response. How could you have those numbers displayed when they are not working???

Also, After sending multiple mails on their email address, (sd@icfaiuniversity.in) hardly see any response, yes we do sometime see one liner revert. Thanks for that!!!

The courier service which they have contracted (First flight), have they ever made any effort to check their website. The numbers which they have displayed are all non operational. Their email ids are not functional as well.

How would we reach them (First Flight courier and to you Students Service Departmenent (ICFAI)

I simply want my coureseware but i am not getting it, would you please show me the signature who have signed and taken my courier on my behalf. Would you atleast do that. I need the courier boy's number who delivered that packet.

If i dont get any response on this, i am definitely going to take this issue to the highest level authority.

Please resolve my case as soon as possible.
