Hi sir i m sun il from belgaum (karnataka) in decemberi enrolled for bca programme in icfai unversity. but i m failed in 10 2 even then also they enrolled me. but at the time of exams they didnt allowed me.coz, pending of submission of

2 document i left 3 trimester since enrollment now they blocked my enrollment.so i want cancell the enrollment coz, since enrollment they didnt allowed me for exams.so what to do. suggest me sir.
