I find so may people are righting bogus things about the services of the ICFAI University. From my experience I would say ICFAI University provides very good services to their students.

Once I had a problem with rgds to excess payment while registering for the Examination. I was bit frustrated with uncertainty to get back the extra transaction. Then I contacted support department of the ICFAI University with my enrollment number and the extra amount refunded in my account within 7-10 working days. I am very satisfied with the service towards the student of the ICFAI University.
