HOLDING CHEQUES

I have joint the ICFAI university through their kannur branch offered the condintion that i can able to attend the exam in Abu Dhabi on and I paid Rs5000 cash cheque and 12 PDC formy the instalement according to their instruction. I return back to Abudhabi and came to know that there is no centre for exam in Abu Dhabi for ICFAI and I was unable to go far during that time due to my working condition. and | decided to discontinue to course due this type cheeating and lost my confidence about the university I have sent detialed email to them with the reason of dincontinue and I ask them to give back the PDC cheques and I advise my bank not honor the cheques due to the reason, Now university/finace company not retrun the cheque sofar and they are trying to taking a legal action against me. I know that they are so many students came to the same trap and they are aslo facing the similar problem. Please help us to get the problem solved soon.
