Not given my degree on completion of B.Ed

I am a teacher. I took admission in Distance Education B.Ed couse offered by ICFAI University Hyderabad. I paid them 23000/- as my fees of two years. I completed my course in January. I cleared all the exams and as said by them they would offer me my degree or certificates on the completion of my course. But till date i.e 19-08, I have not received any degree. I have sent them several e-mails. I do not get any answer from them. Earlier for a few weeks I could contact them on a phone number, now when I call their is a recording which says that this number does not exist. I have a family that is entirely dependent on me. I have to bring up my daughter. My boss is asking for my degree of B.Ed as I was asked by the school to complete my B.Ed if I wanted to continue with my job. Now my job is at risk. Please do something. This is my last hope.
