Return of deposit

We are agroup of around 90 students who were enrolled in the MSc- Clinical Research program at Institute of Clinical Research (India)(ICRI), Ahmedabad campus.

We payed Rs 5 lakh as fees for the program which included the Rs 10000 deposit which we were told that we will get back at the completion of program.

We have completed the program and got our degrees but not our deposit money of Rs 10000.

We tried to talk to the authorities, emailed them, gave written applications but it has been almost 1 year now and we still havnt got back our deposit.

Please help.
