Change date of birth

My name is Samia Saeed and i'm from lucknow. As i was previoisly living in Saudi Arabia i started my schooling when i was 6 years old so my date of birth given there was 28/09/1989 this is my original date of birth, but when i came back to India and i contiued my studies here i was over aged. I passed my I.C.S.E boards examinations in 2009 and now i'm having problems in getting further addmission in colleges and later on i'l be having problems in getting a job.

i'l be highly obliged if u take my complaint into consideration and help me out by changing my date of birth to 28/09/1991. Thank you!
