Apathy of the Headmistress

This is bring to the notice of the general about the apathy of the Headmistress of the Instituion, Prafula Chandra Girls' High School. The person spoken about is almost an embodiment of absolute authoritarian, without having any respect for the law of the land or humanity.

She has no idea of doing any offcial jobs when it comes to basic needs of keeping a record of normal administrative routines like Salary disbursements, Teachers' Service Record updation. All these vital issues had been handled by the Institution's Head clerk for years together, and is still being done by him, in spite of he officially got retired from services 2 years ago. And his services are still being utilized at the behest of the school's funds at the silent nod of the headmistress. There have quite a few instances, where some teachers had to met out monetary favors to the retired clerk to get her official job done, (e.g. updation of Service Book). And all these are being done under the closed eyes of the headmistress, to cover up her inefficiencies.

She refuses to appoint a new clerk, or an Administrative officer, lest her misdoings get exposed. She forces her teachers of be a part of her scrooge, to form a managing committe, so that no one can have a say on her decisions.

There has been quite a few instances, where she will drop out of school on pretence of official errand "ON DUTY" and does her personal jobs outside, a perfect example of enjoying the power of having authority. On the other hand she would hardly show any sympathy to any needy colleague in her school, most of whom are married having family and children coming from far away places (thanks of ridiculous way of placement posting of WBSSC!!). Even if she some times dole out such act, she makes it clear that this a favour she is doing towards the person and that is dished out in a rather humiliating way.

All the teachers are fed up of their head because of her unreasonable and imhuman behaviours...
