Non payment of salary

Sir,

I had worked in this institute as Faculty member and at the time of leaving this college i have served one month notice as my appointment letter terms and conditions, in the response of my one month notice, director of this colllege has ordered his subordinate not to mark my attendance in the faculty register, even though he has not paid my salary for the working period. I am requested you to help me.
