I was doing BSc course from IGNOU. my enrl no is 054206732. my grade card is all completed in this Feb. but till now i didnt recieve the marksheet so that i m being unable to taking admission for further studies. one of my classmate has recieved his marksheet. i am in suspision where is the fault. no one either in regional center patna or in headquarter delhi is interested to give information abt it. ufffff.
