No action on my Application for obtaining Photocopy of my answersheet

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am pursuing MA (Eco) from economics. I have submitted a application for obtaining photocopy of my answer sheet with a payment of rs. 300 in Nov. 2009. But after 4 month, I did not receive any answer sheet from IGNOU. I complaint this to the IGNOU but they has not given any answer about my complaint. Please help me for obtain photocopy of my answersheet
