Rejection of exam form

My name: Remya Rajan Entrolment Number:070450255 study center code:1412.i submitted Exam application form with DD of rs600 in 07/04/10 bank: SBT, koyhamangalam branch. But the IGNOU people rejected my exam form without any notification. They don't try to send any information to me. Because of their carelessness i lost my semester exam. Also i didn't receive the rejected DD also. DD num:205814 taken date:07/04/10.
