Mistake update marks

Dear sir

I am laxman prasad, student of ignou universities . my program code is B.C.A and Enrollment no is 063057122 and study center code :- 0730 (P)(C.C.I.T)).sir I have attempted 6th sem. practical exam. in jan . examination center code :- 0769 (shyam lal) Course code:-CS-72 (P). BUT i got less marks . my marks is 28/100 .i would like to infrom you that i had attempted both question in practical exam and bothe wear run in the front of examinor and viva was also verygood. But the result is not as per the exception . i have complaint late V.C. OFFICE AND REGISTER OFFICE I.G.N.O U Written application submit but no any action this time . but sir same problem in this time second time i attempted this practical exam in july. in examination center code :-0 731 (Pitampura) course code :- CS-72 (p). but again i got less marks .my marks second time is 13/100. second time i asked to examinor sir pls u want asked me sum other viva question but examinor is satisfied . but sir why are this problem create again me . i request to you pls sir mera ek he exam . hai jo abhi back hai vo ek cs-72 ka pratical hai pls sir mere ek years back ho gaya hai sir pls sir kindly take action the request sir . sir apa mere grad card ke deka loo sir so i request you to pls reupdate paper markd again sir thank you sir pls
