WRONGLY PUTTED MARKS

Dear sir,

my name is Amrender Kumar Pandey, reg. no. is 996415443, i have been completed my degree from IGNOU, but university yet not provided my grade card, while i complained many times to Delhi head office by verbal as well as once time in written way. While first time i was taken the subject with code no. FHD 1 and FHD 2 when they were not sent my grade, i changed my subject manually by FEG1 and FEG 2 .

i got my result card there were not mentioned that i was failed but when i checked my grade on line its showing not completed, while i completed the course successfully.

please any one help me out cause IGNOU now going to ruined my educational life.
