i am the student of bsc (bdp) in ignou bearing the enrollment no 021128220.

i have complated my all the thorey papers sofar .now i have to pass the one lab course which has not been conducting by the university from last year.i have approached my self before regional director for the issue but the verdict was always negative.i have complately lost my one seasion june.now i would like to put my complaint befoore the higher members.as the regional director alway talks about the preavling sititution, if preavaling sitituion is only for ignou studens the where is justice.so far every university in kashmir has performed the practicals in riht time without giving the excuse of prevaling sititution.the excuse of prevaling sititution will not provide me the lost seasion.hoping for best from u side
