Spelling mistake in provisional certificate

Respected mam/sir

I have completed my degree in hospitality and hotel administration (BHM) from Oriental school of hotel management, Wayanad, Kerala approved by the IGNOU and NCHMCT in the year 2010. Recently i got my provisional certificate from IGNOU in which my name was misspelled as Shanooj.k.m. As my correct name is Sanooj.k.m as printed in my tenth certificate, in my student card of IGNOU and in the NCHMCT cetificate and hall ticket. As i'm going to join for my MBA, this spelling mistake may cause problems for me, and this mistake may also come in my orginal certificate. so i hope you will do the needful arrangements for correcting the mistak and hope you will provide information on the same.
