Incomplete grade card status

Sir, I, KUMARI SMITA enrolment no-043887220, BDP.IGNOU tried hard to contact ignou regarding my result but didn't got any responce.my gradecard is incomplete due to assignment-02 of ESO13, which doesnot exist in the current curriculum of IGNOU.I tried hard to explain that due to certain circumstances I stopped my studies in between but later I cleared all my papers.it is not possible for me to explain myself personally so i request through you to look after this matter and clear my result at the earliest otherwise ignou will lose its value as distance learning education.this degree really means a lot to me kindly save my future, it is not possible for me to do it again
