Dr. Arun Kumar Routray Principal of Kampur College and Coordinator of IGNOU (mobile number 919435061821 and Abul Kalam (mobile number 919435698166) center of Rangaloo Gram Vikas Parishad is doing many frauds, taking money from people and let them copy in the IGNOU Exams and doing SEX with innocent girls and passing them out in exam. Students in Rangaloo Exam center during exam period doesnot write and sit idle and they are allowed to write in DR ROUTRAY'S Residence and Mr Abul kalam helps mr Rautray.
